PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Refund Policy:

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with a course.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

However, by submitting content to our website (such as project galleries, comments, or forum posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content in connection with the Services.

We Reserve the Right:
To remove any user-generated content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content: All course materials, including videos, text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Student Work: You own the artwork and projects you create. We encourage you to share your work, but it is not required.

We, the Company, retain print royalty rights on any works created through the courses based on original tutorials created by William Kemp.

SAFETY AND MATERIALS

Health and Safety:

Some courses may involve the use of art materials, tools, or techniques that require proper safety precautions.
You are solely responsible for following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
